Critério Requinte social media for a construction company
The starting point
Building and renovation of the highest standard, in homes and commercial spaces, with a dormant Instagram: in November 2024, 17 posts and 49 followers. The work was good; people looking for a building company did not see it.
One look for the profile
Before posting, the strategy: who the profile is for, what it shows and with what look. For high-end work, the same look in every post, with short, large titles over the work, so the profile looks like a company's and not like a phone's.

Show the work, not the logo
Short videos with what people planning a renovation want to see: the before and after of a kitchen, how the team works, renovation trends. The work already existed; what was missing was showing up.
Every week
A posting calendar, the copy for each post and the replies to people who comment and ask questions. And Critério's customers telling, in the first person, how the work went.
The profile, before and after
The profile screenshots: before, in November 2024, 17 posts and 49 followers; after, in June 2025, 52 posts and 1,685 followers, after 9 months of work. Reach changed too: in the 30 days before we started, the profile had 2,216 views and reached 857 accounts; in the last 90 days, it had 159,066 views and reached 111,261 accounts, and 92.4% of the views came from people who did not follow the profile. These are screenshots from the period we worked with them; today's profile is no longer ours.

The result
+1.600from 49 to 1,685followers, most of them in a single week, without ads
A before-and-after video of a house reached 127K views. In the last 90 days of work, reach rose 2,270% and there were 21 clicks on the quote form.
